Using the Social Media Panel -- Facebook

The connection is enabled if you can see your wall posts, news feed, and pages.

You have write/delete permission if the Social Media Panel for Facebook displays the What's on your mind? box.

1. Type your post in the What's on your mind? box.

2. Optionally, to shorten long URLs: What's this? Shortening the link makes the URL appear shorter in your post so that more characters are available for your text.

2a. Select the link you want to shorten.

2b. Click .

3. Click .

Your text is posted.

Note: Before adding an image, you must create the album for the wall or page on the Facebook site.

1. Type your post content in the What's on your mind? box.

2. Click .

The Select file to Upload dialog opens.

3. Select the image you want to add.

The image is added to the post and its file name appears below your post. Note that the image is not displayed in the post until you share it.

• Click .

The image is deleted from the post and its file name no longer appears below the post.

You can delete only your own posts, you can not delete other users' posts.

1. Click Delete of the post you want to delete.

A confirmation message opens.

2. Click Yes.

The post is deleted.

• Click to see your wall or to see your news feed.

• Click the Pages drop down list and select the page you want.
